On October 11, 2007 a prayer dedication was held at the new property site. Our purpose was to dedicate “the planting of the Lord so that He may be glorified” (Isaiah 61:3).
All in attendance prayed for:
1. Those charged to build the house (1Chronicles 22:5)
2. The Lord to prosper Hope Cottage - resources, laborers, spiritual blessings (1Chronicles 22:12)
3. The body of Christ to know where to invest their time and resources (1 Chronicles 22:17; 29:6-9)
4. The future ministry of salvation, reconciliation, restoration, and discipleshp (Isaiah 61:1-3; 2Corinthians 5:10-21; Matthew 28:19, 1Chronicles 29:11-
14)

Much has happened since May 17, 2009—Another Great Prayer Day
Twenty-six caring souls appeared, once again, to pray and seek God’s blessing as New Hope Cottage construction took hold. They prayed for safety for the workers and for continued funding to complete the project and to establish enough support before it opened to maintain operating expenses.
